Miltona LLC provides an AI phone agent that answers inbound calls for dental practices and books appointments into the practice's own scheduling system. This page explains what information we handle and how we use it.
If you called a practice that uses Miltona
When you call a practice whose phone is answered by Miltona, you hear a notice that the call is being recorded, and our assistant identifies itself as an AI at the start of the conversation. To book, change, or cancel an appointment, Miltona handles information such as your name, the phone number you are calling from, your date of birth when it is needed to verify an existing appointment, and the details of the appointment itself.
Your dental chart and treatment records stay in your practice's own practice management system. Miltona uses the minimum information needed to handle the call. Calls themselves are recorded and transcribed for quality, troubleshooting, and compliance.
Miltona does not send text messages to patients.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing.
Miltona works as a business associate of your dental practice under a Business Associate Agreement. Your practice is the custodian of your records. If you want to review, correct, or remove information in your patient record, contact your practice directly. You can also email us at ezekiel@miltona.ai.
If you requested a demo on this website
If you fill out our demo request form, we collect your name, your practice's name, your phone number, your email address, and anything you write in the message field. We use it only to contact you about your request. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a marketing list. Email ezekiel@miltona.ai to have it removed.
Service providers
Miltona runs on third-party services including telephony, cloud hosting, and an integration layer that connects to the practice's scheduling system. They process information only to deliver the service.
